
In Tribute
It is with heavy hearts that we at PLA say goodbye to friend and board
member Henry ‘Hank’ Ingram, Esq.
Hank has been a valuable and highly respected member of both
PLA and our community. His work and memory will live on in our
mission and in our hearts.
Hank has been a true champion for landowners’ rights throughout his career. He has been both a valued PLA Board Member and beloved friend. He has been a trusted and respected advocate in the struggle to protect and preserve - and in so many cases restore - landowners property rights in Pennsylvania.
His contributions to PLA, and to the “Fight for YOUR Property Rights”, have been immeasurable. He had innumerable achievements in protecting, preserving and working to enforce the Fifth Amendment rights of property owners in America. His work and memory will live on in our mission and in our hearts.
